I worked at EY, and I know the harsh reality there. It's a nightmare for most employees. I encountered harassment, extreme pressure, discrimination, and bias at EY. I reported this horrific experience to the EY ethics team, but instead of providing a solution, they closed the case and continued to target and harass me. The EY ethics forum is completely useless. I also reported the issue to CEO Carmine Di Sibio, Rajiv Memani, Sreekanth Arimanithaya, and Jaya Virwani, providing all the evidence—emails, call records, chat screenshots, etc.—but rather than responding with empathy, they blocked me on all social media platforms. They concealed the issue and closed the case. This has been a truly traumatizing experience, and I do not recommend EY to anyone. Imagine the trauma and anxiety I have endured. If you report any incident, they won’t take action; they don’t value human life. They only respond when a fatal incident goes viral.

Supreme court who has to take care of all rights of citizens arranging lok adalat on second fourth saturdays
Where is Justice
Govt of india implemented 5 day week in RBI, LIC, central govt offices
Bankers controller rbi itself closed on all saturdays
Why not for banks

Hi, kindly do a video on Nirmala and Bank sector following upcoming Strike on sept 27. Lot of suicide are hidden by bank sector. Biju, Kishore, Shyam (All managers) from UBI, I suspect linked branch transfers and no family support. UBI CEO is good friend of Nirmala, She is targeting for next RBI chief. UBI employees are confused same as her ex-husbands.

India is becoming worst at its work sectors for commoners….extreme labour and less money that’s what is happening and so people are willing to move to other countries out of their self respect !! Request to Government to look seriously into this field otherwise this will impact the most of Indian families!!

5lakh fine is EY's 1 second salary. If proven guilty, They should be fined more decently to compensate from 2007 to now to it's employees for violating labor laws

The thing is FM is the proof why injustice are common. The company has directly violated the laws. To the FM radio minister of india don't give motivation speech. Miss Anna was qualified CA and as an CA aspirant I know the pain and struggle of qualifing the CA exam 😢. The work stress is in every company but truth may vary because CA knows how to handle stress. In corporate manager are greedy and ego to make their employees feel bad (again not all are same). Unfortunately and dishearteningly manager thinking was exactly like FM (heartless and greedy). I'm regretting to vote this govt.

This is called Job mafia where Indian management abuse their authority. All the respected degrees and work experience is labeled as 'another labor with a certificate' and paid less.
Also the problem lies with unity of employees who dont stand together & take a legal case. Even if they do it where relevant work laws are implemented, will the company management implement it or suppress the abused employee who raises their voice?

This happens in most of the Indian organizations, starting of my career I worked 14 hrs a day just for 10k salary this was 12 yrs ago. During pandemic many started working for 10 hrs since it's wfh, after returning to office still trend continues. 10 hrs work 3 hrs of travelling and taking calls after reaching home. Literally no life outside work
