I ordered one. For me Wi-Fi 6 and USB-C were the reasons that I wanted the mid level iPad. The upgraded processor and screen were a bonus. Also, I keep Ipads longer than other devices so it is worth it to upgrade a little.

I’m getting the iPad Air as a secondary device. I have a MacBook Pro that works well & all I’ll be doing on the iPad is watching content & drawing for fun so 64GB will be good for me . Thanks for the review! I also won’t notice the difference between 60hz & 120hz because I’ve never experienced it before.

I don't understand why the new iPad Air 4 is so hyped and even called the “iPad Pro Killer”. If 64 GB is not enough for you, you have to go straight to 256 GB because 128 GB is not available on the iPad Air. Then the gap between iPad Pro and iPad Air is just 50 €, and even if 64GB is enough, the price difference is 200 €. But you can sell it for a higher selling price if you decide to sell it and then you will get a price difference of 100 € or less. Then you get the following advantages:

-120 Hz instead of just 60 Hz
-Face ID instead of Touch ID
-an additional ultra wide angle camera
-Lidar scanner
-600 nits maximum brightness instead of 500 nits
-better processor
-higher selling price if you sell the iPad used
-etc.

Matthew is one of the most thorough/accurate/concise tech youtubers out there; even MKBHD referred to the 'quad speakers' on the iPad Air without clarifying/knowing that 2 of the speakers were fake like Matthew did! I’m a artist and I just picked up the Air and it amazing no complaints. I’m using the Adobe cc apps and procreate.

I just bought the IPad Air and I am going to return and buy the IPad-Pro. I compared the with my friends Pro editing and rendering 27 minutes 4K video. I am wonder they are not comparable. iPad Air is good for someone casual user sometimes like to watch YouTube, Netflix etc... If you are a power user, no need to think twice. You will definitely need bigger Ram as I have seen it clearly.

The screen refresh rate is what sold me on the pro. Flipping pages in Apple Books, writing with the pencil, etc is just so beautiful! Def a must have imo.

The extra 2 core cpu, the 120hz, and the extra 2 gb of ram are enough for me to choose it over the air

Hey Matt, if you see this, I'm trying to find a good gaming laptop for around 1200 dollars I can maybe stretch to 1300, I'm more worried about how well it runs and aging than rgb and sound quality. Thanks if you respond!
