FIA will introduce new regs by the end of this year:- Merrrc can remove the wing, Ferrarrri can add NOS and RedBull will have to remove any two of their cars wheels ... 😂😅

I do think of all the teams they’re the only ones that could close the gap. For Ferrari they would need to stop being Ferrari and aston has come so far already, I think it will be a while before then. I could see a three-way race though.

I dont think Mercedes will ever close the gap because in there most dominant years they had a engine advantage which masked the performance of there aero a little bit, but now its more about aero and the engines are all close Mercedes will struggle to get to Red Bulls level of aero performance which has been RBR strength for years now.

Max was on DRS and battery, Leclerc turned the ERS to try to fight back.
In 2021 Lando did 350 km/h when using the Battery / DRS for an overtake, his max speed without is was around 320km/h. Nothing crazy with that. The overtake on Russel was more surprising.

GR is just salty bcos his move to mercedes is not as leisurely winning races as he would imagine before signing the contract. Thats all there is to it. Aston has shown that with the right people and right direction, u could close the gap. Alonso always gives a constructive comment when asked the same question. Instead of just saying redbull is too fast or whatever, GR should learn how to keep everyones morale at its highest, like nando. From all the races and interview that GR did since joining mercedes, i doubt he would have the mental capacity to be a multiple WDC. Once, maybe. Multiple, is not even a question.
