Teslacam Stories is a series of Tesla owners real experiences told by the Tesla Dashcam and Sentry Mode videos. All incidents are recorded from Tesla vehicles and submitted to this channel by other Tesla enthusiast. I contact each person who send me their videos to talk with them and learn more about their story and to follow up what happened after what we see on their video. Voice over and captions are added to describe what happened, and why. I believe that this additional information regarding the incident gives the videos a newsworthy value.

From the footage and additional information, a viewer can learn the consequences of bad driving and can educate his/her self with better driving safety. This process also gives the videos a great educational value. It is my desire to add my own unique and creative value in a transformative way to ensure you enjoy and learn from the videos being presented.

My dad got his car keyed in a parking lot. When he went into Bestbuy to ask if they’d let him see the security footage, they denied his request. That’s one thing that Tesla did right, having security cameras on the car itself.

I work in a body shop. When you key a car, it usually digs deep enough to disturb the primer. That means all along the length of the scratch i have to grind away all the paint and primer down to the bare metal. Then prime and paint. It is so much damage.

What's the matter with people? I used to have a really cool hotrod and everyone loved it. I found it abandoned in a field and in bad shape and took it and rebuilt it from the ground up and I will admit I had some help. It was super sharp when it was finished and was a super babe magnet for a shy kid that needed it at the time. One night, some punk came and kicked in the side 3 times and it broke my heart. I wound up selling the car and swearing I'd never have another great car until I had a garage where it could stay full time. People are jerks. I came from nothing and nowhere and finally had something going for me and somebody couldn't stand it.

1:43 I dont think anybody has noticed this but look at the leading edge on the Cadillac's drivers door, its all bent in, he clearly makes a habit of door dinging HARD and keying other people's cars. I'm sure this guy will be linked to many more incidents like this.

damaging someone else’s property is never acceptable

Prosecutors and judges better hold him accountable! No $100 signature bonds, no dropping charges if he pleads guilty to only one of them, no dismissing charges because the court is backed up or any other bullshit!

Wow. Just wow. So outstanding this guy got caught. How unfortunate that there are people like this that do this kind of senseless damage to others.

This man needs to pay a hefty fine, for the other 200 cars he keyed .

I think if you're caught vandalizing someone's car not only should you do time and fines but your personal vehicle should be crushed.

I feel sad for the car owners who didn't notice the keying immediately on their car, only to find out several days later and wondering WTF WHO DID THIS HAPPEN AND WHEN!? 😢

I’m so glad you caught him and pursued charges. This guy is a serious asshole and deserves some time in the clink.

Here's a tip from someone who's been a security guard for 15 years: Don't bother calling security. Just call the cops. Security has no special powers to do anything except document the incident for the client. The main job of security is to deter people from doing things because we are a witness. We have less rights than the average citizen. They wouldn't have been able to detain the guy. Security companies, for the most part, only want the guards to document because detaining can open a can of worms with liability. Plus, the cops tend to take their sweet ass time when a security guard calls them. They arrive quicker when the victim calls. Also, don't blame us when something happens. We can't be everywhere at the same time.

*Watching that guy being led away in handcuffs whiny/crying like a baby was a bit of satisfaction.* *I bet the cops were telling him to tell it to the Judge.*

If I caught him keying my "baby" 06 Honda Civic 188, 000 miles, he would be picking up daisies 😂

Imagine how many times this guy must have done this before he was finally caught, he must have been doing this daily to get jobs at his repair shop, what a scum bag

Old buddy of mine used to say about certain folks “Not too bright but can lift heavy weights”. A perfect example of stupid is to commit a crime and keep going back to the site of your crime. Amazingly that is how many criminals are caught … which also explains why they are criminals.

What mindset must a person be in to commit such a crime. Mind boggling.
