It is a built-in solution that doesn't need third-party software. But CMD can be complicated, and sometimes you need to enter a password to use it. Using EaseUS Partition Master to create a bootable USB can be easier. A created bootable USB can be used multiple times on different Windows PCs.

Does method 2 work on Windows 10 or any earlier version of Windows?

When using Method 1, I get an error message saying "The system cannot find the path specified." when I type in the command "cd windows". (I've made sure I set to C drive)
Though I definitely have the windows and system 32 folders in my C drive. Have you guys encountered this before?
