IMPORTANT!!!
If it asks for a password when you click on the command prompt option in the Advanced startup menu, watch this video till the end. I've covered that problem at 5:13.
If the command prompt doesn't start when you click on the Ease of Access button at the login screen, then you have to wait for about a minute and then restart your PC. If it still doesn't start you have repeat that process again. Sometimes it takes up to 10 restarts until the command prompt starts.

When I try to do the same on Lenovo Ideapad 100s 11lBY, once I click command prompt it restarts laptop then kind of opens and closes command prompt and then asks me to type in the password, presumably in order to access cmd ?
Booting from USB is not an option from what I've seen around there are problems regarding 64bit versions of EFI/BOOT in the USB's root file... From what other people have said, some havve been able to run it 32bit and I've no idea where to find it...
Is there anything else I might attempt (btw i have no access whatsoever in the boot manager in bios, nothing to navigate through and when i click enter on Boot Manager it just restarts the laptop xD

Til 2:43 i got my “reset pw” box gray and not able to click for reset pw, I understand create new user for admin is way to go but i need to gain all saved pw and information on the chrome.
Any advice to get reset pw box clickable at 2:45?

Can you do this same thing if it only asks for a PIN instead of a password? I’m well aware of my password but it insists I login with my pin and there’s no “sign in options” or “forgot my password” 😕
