One of my former colleagues at work, who is now 65, is still with his 24 year old girlfriend of 5 years. He was 60 years old and she was 19 when they got together. It has to be said that it has always seemed a very loving relationship between them. They both always seem so happy when they were together. If you want to attract any woman, younger or older, just ignore them. That has worked for me over the decades. Never tell them they are attractive. Particularly if they are attractive. They hear it all the time. Running across someone who doesn't tell them that will stick in their behind. They will work to turn you. If you are a person with interests that are uncommon it helps. I never give women anything other than maybe a thoughtful birthday present. Once you have found a woman that you love, never, never look at other women... Never date another woman. You have to be above all that. The right woman will make you feel like you could never think of doing anything to hurt her feelings. Women are not always easy. They have ups and downs. It will drive you crazy, but you just have to ride it out. Just don't depend on them too much. Go back to those interests mentioned above.

I’m an old retired scientist that had a heart attack in my youth at age 65. My heart continued to loose ground for the next five years. I tried to do the things my cardiologist recommended like lose weight, ride my stationary bike every 12 hours for the rest of my life. I only wanted to move from my bed to my recliner and back. Read, use my computer and watch TV. About ten years of this and I encountered David Sinclair. I read his book and researched the supplements he and his father take. My cardiologist of 37 years was astounded that my heart had healed itself saying he has never seen this happen before. He approved my molecular stack as not harmful to me. I'm 47 and I look after myself, my last 2 relationship were 13 Yr and 11 Yr age gaps, I don't chase ever but for some reason always attract younger women, never again, they were so emotionally immature I couldn't believe it, so I ended both of them, I'd prefer a woman my own age
