via YouTube Capture. Resting my traps cuz of the injury so i decided to mess around on the ronnice coleman hack squat. I've never went above 2 plates before but it turned out pretty well with some reps and power to spare. Rep scheme was 1plx8 reps, 2plx5, 3plx5, 4xpl4, 4/25plx3, 5plx2, 3xpl10, 2plx10.
