NEW Tesla Model Y | 400 Miles of Range?
The 2021 Tesla Model Y, which uses the chassis, interior, and powertrain from the smaller Model 3, adds greater cargo room, an optional third row of seats, and SUV style. The Model Y is Tesla's first vehicle to employ a heat pump for interior cabin heating rather than electric resistance. Other manufacturers' electric vehicles, such as the Nissan Leaf, BMW i3 EV, Jaguar I-Pace, Audi e-Tron, and Kia Niro, have already integrated heat pumps. In cold temperatures, the Model Y heat pump can be up to 300 % more efficient than the electric resistance heating used by earlier Tesla vehicles. As a result, the Model Y should be more energy-efficient than other Tesla vehicles in cold weather. When heated, electric vehicles can lose 40 percent or more of their range in cold weather (below 20 °F (7 °C) or lower).

Not buying one until I can rent one. I don't trust those glass roofs in over 100 degrees heat, scorching sun shining on my head. 🤯🤯

What are you using to hold your radar detector behind the center screen? Which radar detector are you using?

Bull$hit. My 2021 MYLR barely gets 235 miles of range compared to it’s supposed 326. I love the car and am probably going to sell it and get a model y performance but I know that the range will not get closed to what’s it advertised to. I’m doubting the 2023 will get over 315 actual miles out of a charge.
