this method is for skin smoothening only, you have to remove blemishes before smoothening or evening / uniforming textures from my experience.

I was not able to duplicate the results. I watched the video several times in order to write the steps, but did not obtained the results. What I was able to do was smooth the skin, similar to Frequency Separation. I had a young client with plenty of blemishes/acne and it simply did not work.
