Very creative use of working with what you have. When I was a nursing student before getting into EMS I learned on a banana. My teachers also said using a bone in chicken leg or hotdog works too. I used bananas as they were free in the dining hall at college. I’d also bring home oranges to practice my IM injections. My roommate always thought it was funny that was always practicing with fruit.
