Well, for me, my Adhd and depression feel very much like a mental disorder. There’s no good coming from it- only good in me despite of it. But I really felt he was talking from his heart and I’m deeply thankful for that. 💙 Thank you man! We are all in this together!

I am recently diagnosed with bipolar too and ADHD. I am 40 years old I’m gay and I work for a major airline so it is a huge challenge for me. I just watched your video and I am extremely impressed and intrigued by what you had to say. I have adhd and right now I think I have bipolar to .. I am right now very sad and I don’t know how to get back on positive mindset .. I could say stuff to my partner that I don’t mean . When I’m depress I’m loosing all emotions.
Where did you get help ! I do not want to loose my partner ..
