Triceps Overhead Extensions (Form Correction)

Instead of having the cable all the way down and having to yank the weight up, place the cable pulley slightly below your hips.

So you can comfortably step away from the Cable machine and start building those triceps.

Now about the form, instead of keeping your hands and elbows close together like this. Allow your elbows to naturally flare out. So you can get a deeper stretch in the triceps and reduce the stress on your elbows.

You should most definitely NOT have your elbows flared out, if you're wanting to isolate all tricep heads you're way better off keeping them in line with your shoulder joints
