Shoulder Press In 3 Steps👇

1️⃣ Put the bench 1 extra notch back at roughly a 60-degree angle.

2️⃣ While pressing, keep your elbows slightly tucked inward for a more stable pressing.

3️⃣ Push the weight straight up, without tapping the dumbbells at the top.

I don’t see an issue with tapping the dumbbells at the top or having the elbows out, example is behind the neck press, I definitely hit more side delt with this movement.

Have you got any shoulder warm up exercises and specific exercises for rear delts

Bench should be nearer to 90 degree. Otherwise upper chest and front delts takes the load.
Hold weight parallel to each other, neutral grip and rotate it as you press up. This helps to minimise load on tricep.
Tapping at the top doesnt decrease the weight of the dumbells

Instead of try to adjust the bench to 60 degrees. you could ditch the bench all together and do them standing up to engage the core and the glutes! 😊

U did that wrong. Don't need to go all the way up. Keep the tension on the shoulders.

Bruh this is the most bullshit thing I've ever heard tapping the dumbbells does absolutely nothing and takes away absolutely nothing that like saying the plates clanking on ur bench press takes away from your pump 😂😂😂😂😂😂
