“Lighter on the wallet.” Great way to interpret Air in iPad Air. iPad Pro user myself but iPad Air can genuinely fulfill a lot of next tier users with productivity needs.

My thing is that the Pro keyboard is PRO, the 120 refresh display w/P3 color etc is PRO, the better back camera for scanning documents is PRO, the faster usb-c thunderbolt is PRO. BUT and it's a big BUT Face ID in my opinion is NOT a PRO feature. It's a nice feature and makes an iPad more enjoyable to use, but it is not a PRO feature and should be on all the iPads by this point. It does not make doing anything PRO. Anyway that is my thoughts.

thanks for the great video, I’ve used an iPad Pro M1 for about 18 months, and I’ve given it away and purchased the new iPad Air 13 inch, and you’re right I do miss facial recognition but I can still do everything on the air that I used to do on the pro

For the longest time I was gonna get an M2 iPad Air but what waved me towards the M4 iPad Pro was the display and also the fact that I’ve never experienced an iPad before and I’ve decided I’m going to get the 13 inch iPad Pro because I like big screens.

Professional photographer / videographer here and I choose the air because if I want to be productive I will use my m3 max 16 inch
iPad Pro is certainly useful for creative but I can’t edit photos and videos professionally like I would do on my MacBook Pro 16

As a “regular user” I got the iPad Pro for 3 reasons: weight, OLED display, and ProMotion. Once u have promotion, it’s hard to go back. Which is why I still get the pro iPhone. All the other stuff within the iPad Pro is nice to have.

Great video, the iPad is my floater device acting in place of my iPhone or MacBook so the Air is enough for me, my only gripe is it doesn’t get the extra set of speakers and Face ID. I think that those features should be available for both models.

Really good production. Agree the Air is cost effective and really good purchase if on a budget. My wife has M4 pro and display amazing. Lowest may not be best vale for all. If you are going to use it daily for 3 years and not on budget, I think Pro is amazing and better value. For some buying the Air is a sunk cost and not good value. Just my thoughts. I have M1 Pro 12.9 and super happy.

If you sre gettong an m2 air couldnt it be better to get a refurbished m2 pro get all the nice ti haves for almost the same price 120 hz mini led etc.
