They'll do less than half the sentence and won't even be deported. The victim should be able to smack the crap out of these scumbags and if they don't want to do it they should be able to nominate someone.

How do you spot a pickpocket?....Er, Romanian looking but of course not allowed to say that.

Yeah I believe I was pickpocketed in the local coop, at a point where the coop had conveniently narrowed the isle, by a well built guy in his 40s watch out for them having their hands at trouser pocket level and having bags on their wrists as opposed to in their fingers.

While sitting in the tube, I spotted a stain on my coat which I started rubbing off, then the guy next to me stared at me, checked his pockets, and stayed on edge till I left. He must have assumed I was a pickpocket :(
