Hi, i didn't see in any of your previous videos what would be the optimal folate range to rule out if a deficiency could come from this specific lack. I had a blood test recently and the B9 came out as 5.9 ng/mL. Is it enough please ? Thank you for your time

Hello doc i just did blood test everything is in optimum level vitamin D was at 8.3 ng/ml and my doc prescribed me vitamin D2 supplements instead of d3 supplements i was wondering if they work the same for hairloss ?
