Lie, I’ve been getting swelling off & on for 10 yrs & nothing helps but staying in bed 3 days & staying very cold . No doc can figure it out but that’s it’s heart related, Vascular’s doctors tell me that I need to go to the cardiologist that they don’t say anything because every time I go is the day I’m not swollen I’m miserable I have no life I can’t date or anything I’m a pretty girl not overweight and it’s taking over my life

It's the lymph nodes behind your knees that are probably
not functioning properly. Mine get swollen
I found a massage technique on YouTube how to massage ever so gently this area to clear up swelling.
I also put pillows under my legs to elevate when I go bed.
Vaseline was never used to release swelling anywhere on the body to my knowledge.
