I was having issues trying to figure out what brand to go with as a home owner.

Professionally I only ever used Milwaukee or dewalt.

Didn’t want to pay those prices. Walked out the door today with a combo driver, impact, light, sawzall, angle driver and multi tool plus other stuff for $350 feeling like I made a good choice.

regardless of what people say, that Kobalt is a very decent impact driver. I remember I was just buying it for fun, but the impact driver is well balanced in terms of control and power. My favorite part of the XTR is the Assist mode. The drill driver is also good for a tool that comes equipped with anti kickback.

I love my kobalt tools! I own M12 fuel gen 3 impact driver and hammer drill. I also have the surge, the m18 inflator, the m12 crown stapler, and other tools. I enjoy using the kobalt tools...1 they are perfect for what I need, 2 price and batteries are not outrageous, 3 they've got a warranty with Lowe's
I also own Flex, Dewalt, and Metabo tools. I'm not a tool snob but I do love tools.
