You described my story - I keep losing things, especially the same things over and over again. . . It seems absurd, but it makes me feel bad. The exhausting search for things that don't want to be found. . . 👜👜 👜👜 👜👜 👜👜

These are excellent strategies to stop losing things. I was horrible at this way back in my teen days. I decided losing things was taking up way too much of my time and I developed some of these ways of preventing it. These are very good ideas. Thank you and have a wonderful day.

Great points of why i lose things 🧡 I do take pictures and have a home for important things. But saying its location and putting an airtag on the items are good suggestions too! ⭐️ Thanks for helping me with my ADHD, Trish 🤣❗️

I definitely loose a lot of stuff so I needed this video for myself. Taking pictures and talking while you put the things I really believe it helps. I will remember to do it for the next time

I’ve been feeling like I’ve been losing it lately! I have been losing SO much and it’s been so frustrating. So glad there is nothing wrong with me lol. Definitely need to look into the Apple air tags! Those look so helpful. Awesome tips as always Trish! 😊💕

This is the perfect video! I forgot my work badge this morning, and when I went back home to get it, I couldn't find it, just to realize later on that it was in my computer bag. Seems like I'm losing or misplacing one thing or another almost on a daily basis. My wife told me that I should go to the doctor, I think it's just stress. I've been working out a lot lately and it's become better, but sometimes I feel like I'm losing my mind. At least now I know that I'm not alone. Great video, super helpful!

My glasses usually get missing when I place them down. I think I need to verbalize when ever I place them down. I love the idea of having a routine. Thanks for sharing

Wow my friend, great ideas. Never thought of taking pictures. Sometimes I want to hide something song no one else will find and then forget where I hid it. I do take pictures however if I'm working on a car and taking apart out I take pictures of the steps. No so I do agree with you it does cause a lot of anxiety and depression when you lose that you misplaced. Always an amazing topic my friend.
