So...I'm in grade 10 and term 1 was good, no lies. Second term came along and in physics I dropped from 90% to 63% ...All my other subjects are dropping and I don't know if I'm dumb or it's just a season of failure. I don't know how I feel or even what to feel . It cuts just a little bit deeper because when all my friends were being praised for being pretty or being kind, I knew that I'm not that pretty but at least I'm smarter and trust me I held on to that. Now...that I'm losing one thing I knew they'd never be able to take away from me, i think i might be losing my mind. Today, I got back my Geometry test and...I'm torn. Can I just tell you that my friend laughed at me because "I looked depressed after getting the paper" yet when she used to get low marks, I swear I've never laughed at her...I don't know, maybe I'm exaggerating. I'm discouraged and...exams are around the corner, I'm also writing L.O tommorrow and I don't even have the mental and physical ability to study I'm draaaiiined. Just thought I'd share this with you. All I've ever wanted was to atleast make it into the top 10 EVEN if I'm number 10 but I guess it'll never happen and that just a sad reality.
