I have noticed both of our weight loss journeys are similar. This is my 2nd go around with losing weight. I have to say I agree that mental health is super important! I am glad to hear you are starting up again physically! I can't wait to start your work out videos. my starting weight is 345lbs I am currently 335lbs as of this morning! my goal weight is 200lbs. I just got done creating a list of non-scale victories (nsv) so I don't get too obssessed with the number on the scale

I don't think I would be able to overcome the texture of the natto 😳

Love this! I like to start my days with a cup of matcha..my days are so much better now I don't end up crashing in the afternoon like I did when I drank coffee.
As a vegan I use miso and wakame a lot to add seafood-like flavor to meals..happy to know they are so good for me too!

Nato came up in a quiz I was doing yesterday and thanks to this vid I knew exactly what it was! 😂 I’ll have to try it out some time!

Fantastic ideas! Does anyone know where to get natto from? I absolutely need to get more soybean protein into my diet. Thank you for your post Holly.

I've always wanted to try Natto but have been hesitant because of the texture. I think if I come across it again then I will try.

you recommend eating raw egg in the Natto mixture?

Lol curious to know how many people deleted at the Natto opening and how many left when you cracked the egg in!

A very interesting video. Above all, miso soup is always a very big thing for us at times and what my husband and I like very much are algae in all forms. Not only for health reasons, but also because it is of course pretty cool for us as vegans, for example you can use algae to give thin carrot slices a meaty taste and I don't know whether it tastes like fish, because I just like fish Haven't eaten in a long time, I've been vegan for over ten years man but some claim that this is a good substitute for everyone who wants to eat salmon but no longer wants animal suffering. I don't really know, I grew up in a port city with a lot of fish and I never really liked fish. Probably because I've seen fishing and taking fish apart up close, but I really like myself. There are also very tasty recipes for your own algae chips with sesame and soy sauce, for example based on nori algae

So you don't cook the egg with the natto?

I prefer white tea for some reason. Definitely don’t enjoy black tea (except blended with mate’). Green tea is okay, but slightly bitter for me. However, Not a bad price to pay for better health. 😊

Holly, soy is NOT really a health food and lots of people are actually quite allergic to it and can’t digest it. I would highly suggest talking to a nutritionist regarding your diet. None of these meals are necessarily “healthy” as you keep claiming they are. I would hate for you to put so much effort into trying to eat healthier, only to find out that you are allergic to soy! Also, look into why you should be buying ONLY organic tea! All my best girl!!!

As someone who teaches in food safety, never consume raw eggs.
