Boris Johnson is digging in as UK prime minister, after the resignation of two of the most senior members of his government brought his premiership to the brink. The prime minister appointed Nadhim Zahawi as his new Chancellor of the Exchequer, replacing Rishi Sunak, while Steve Barclay takes Sajid Javid's former role as health secretary. Lizzy Burden reports from Downing Street on Bloomberg Television.

He mishandled the entire incident, then lied about it, like " All Politicians Do " . He should resign Immediately . The British have to put their Country 1st, not Politics or their Embarrassment .🐓👎

Both Boris and those who resigned are sorely mistaken if they think they can walk away after running with the biggest psyop ever pulled in mankind. Make sure ALL of them understand this.

"I'm sorry" can only work so many times in the Theatre of Politics. Wave bye bye.

Sir Alistair Graham, the former Chair of the Commission for Standards in Public Life, regarding Zahawi’s dubious extra curricular activities -
“It is disturbing that two experienced members of Parliament [Rory Stewart was also a Chair] did not see fit to declare their active membership of Le Cercle at the time they were a member of a key select committee, the functions of which clearly overlapped with the discussions of Le Cercle, which is a shadowy body which concerns itself with foreign affairs”.
