Throw him in flint jail. California will just make some administrative mistakes and release him as usual.

Send him to Texas or Florida for trial... at least we'll know justice will be served. CA or MI??? He'll prolly get community service.

Free that man. I don't think he can be charge for attempted murder/assault on a cop since the cop was off duty & noting uniform. Also, someone should check California & let them know that they're not Mexico. Cops shouldn't be able to go around targeting innocent black people & get away with it
