Charges pending against man accused of shooting off-duty NYPD officer

Charges are pending against the man accused of shooting an off-duty NYPD officer in what police are calling a botched robbery. It happened in East New York, critically injuring Officer Adeed Fayez. CBS2's Christina Fan reports.

I wish death for no One but whenever you become a police officer in a dangerous area you have to be willing to die I believe the police officers are better men than me to sign up and then complain is not what's being done here so sad

He killed a innocent person so he will be punished, a cops death is no more painful than anyone else that has been murdered that man will go to jail and rightly so but no one should be above the law especially cop's when they do bad things. Evil is evil.

An off duty officer's life is no more important than a non officer's life. Have the same motivation for everyone else's lives. Otherwise, quit asking why a divide exists between society and the police, when ur the ones drawing the lines.
