if still cannot you can go to game bar > top row there is a setting and click the "Remember this is a game" it will allow your application to record

for some reason none of these things worked for me. But when i minimized my game, it worked. So ig minimizing ur game will work solve this problem. Plus when if the game is minimized, the gamebar still recorded the game in fullscreen and didnt show the desktop
