How to FIX XBOX game bar not working or Greyed out buttons | For Windows 10/11

One of the most annoying issues in Windows 11 is the XBOX game bar not working properly; specifically, in my system, the capture menu buttons were all greyed out or inaccessible, therefore I've demonstrated the steps I took to resolve this issue in this video.

my value data was already 1 and was on hexadecimal... I still can't record.
