Absolutely riveting and fascinating interview. I love Dr. Tara Swart. Yes, PLEASE bring Dr. Tara Swart back for many repeated interviews. I love science, biology, and life changing information. I knew my vision board helped me to manifest so many of my visions (dreams/desires), but she provided the scientific explanation as to how and why it effectively works. I loved the discussion about love and pair bonding as well. Mind blowing explosive gems provided in this interview worth listening to multiple times. 💎🧨💎🧨💎🧨💎🧨💎🧨💎🧨💎🧨💎

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Tara, and she is both pleasant and positive. She is incredible.
One point I would like to add is that we should consider leaving everything in God's hands, rather than relying solely on manifesting, visualizing, or thinking that we are stronger than God by holding onto our own images and desires. Ultimately, God is stronger than us.
Other than that, the podcast is amazing. Thank you!

I find it interesting that she was surprised about the request to query into reLationships through a neuroscience Lens. EVERYTHING IS reLationship. It seems that many scientists themseLves study yet, are unaware of and even shocked by the interconnectedness of it aLL.
Once everyone truLy gets that and innerstands that everything IS everything and that without is a refLection of for sharing this and having the discussion. To KNOW THY SELF is aLways the order of the day. Nature is the onLy teacher.

Great podcast. QUESTION:
No one ever seems to say which type of magnesium to take when they recommend it. There are literally SO many types that help different processes. Which type was she recommending???

Great podcast, thank you both 😊 You mention that women are more attractive to men when they are mid cycle. You also mention that women are more picky during menstruation. What does it mean for women during and post menopause?
