How did you open the file on Pcloud? After I download the label and then select Ctrl + p. It opens the printer window but it’s not align properly and doesn’t let me change scale to fit to paper

This is driving me crazy and holding up my business please stick to a regular printer or go with a different brand cause this one will stop connecting after 10 months
