1. Give her a nickname--even a masculine one, to elicit femininity. Or, "Trouble". Whatever.
2. Call her "little"--conveying that you're bigger than she is. Can be teasing or affectionate.
3. Nonjudgmental qualification: take on role of judge, not one being judged. DON'T SEEK APPROVAL. More curiosity than judgment; more challenging. Don't immediately validate.
4. Lead the conversation. Don't let her pepper you with question. Never answer a direct question; lead her into a deeper conversation!

Great advice. I am 45 and work with a 25 yo female and I do much of this already and I have caught her on a few occasions totally hot with my confidence level. It's pretty awesome when you see this happen in person.

Guys, here is a small tip. If you have a walking/running/biking trail in your area then use it to jog. Don’t walk, don’t ride....just jog. You will find that probably 60 - 70% of the joggers are women. If you do it consistently you’ll start to recognize the women that are always there. Just start with a simple hello and a smile then just expand it little by little each time you see her. It works but you have to be willing engage. And if nothing ever happens then at least you will be in better shape.

the term “younger women “ is relative . if you are in your sixties then a woman in her forties is 20 years younger than you are !
she is a younger woman to you but she may not see herself as a younger woman .
avoid women who are half dead and looking for someone to save them or care for them.

I can't answer for every young woman but I am a 21yr old female so here's my two sense. Please don't give me a different name/nickname especially if we've just met! Immediately makes me cringe, giving me old creepy dude vibes rather than an attractive mature man who I could potentially see myself with. (feels a bit invasive to call me a name right off the bat)

Also the sports conversation bit was overkill, I don't know anyone who actually talks like that in real life 👀
