Black parents when you don’t want to eat leftovers

The biggest mistake after a good Holiday dinner, is to not want leftovers the next day. It’s borderline offensive. 😂

I had the boldacity to ask for McDonald's 2 days after Thanksgiving and said I'd spend the money I earned braiding my Big Mama's hair. My mom took my money and made me eat leftovers until they was gone.

I had a dad that would have a psychotic breakdown if he thought you were putting to much ketchup on a hamburger. Eating pizza the day after Thanksgiving? That would b a hospital ride.
