When I feel my anxieties and depression getting too much I listen to this, eyes closed in a dark room. I can feel my heartrate drop, the tension in me leaving as I relax into the music. This has saved me so many times. Not joking. I will admit the episodes I have are getting less frequent, doens't stop me from listening. But when I need it, this is always there.
