The technique worked great. Was finally able to restore Factory Settings, took about 2 hours, but got rid of a lot of junk that someome put on my computer to lock it up. Thanks.

So whenever I click on factory reset everything it just asks me it just goes to another screen and it says choose an account to do factory reset I forgot my Microsoft account password so I went on their website and reset it worked and then I tried the new password on my pc it says password incorrect please help its been 3 weeks
