yesterday my davinci is fine, but now it's lag event when I just play audio on it

It's strange, but I imagine it's to be expected with a beta release--I just upgraded from 18.6 studio to 19 and I'm experiencing horrendous frame drops whereas it was never an issue previously.

I dont understand how this program is so popular, it is laggy as fuck with ancient footage of 1440p. on a 3080ti and modern intel cpu. My macbook wreck this performance with Apple Software. TBF DaVinci is awful on macbook as well, typical pc software, crappy and slow.
