I like the way the dudes talk in their videos. it's very easy to follow along and learn. They do act like teachers or more so trainers. And looks like they are having fun teaching us

The way I mastered my pull ups was doing it everyday with 3 sets, it doesn't matter how many reps I did per set, I can do 1-3 at best on the first month and just continue on from there. Today I can do 10-12 reps per set. Which is really awesome for me <3

I just made my first pull-up I was fat. been lifting for 6 months. I can only do 1 tho. :( but so happy to do a pull up now

Tip#3 really helped me out. I thought I was just weak, but I was just doing it wrong. I went from struggling with one pull-up to 5 right away. Thanks buff dudes.

This was perfect. I realised by watching this with my door frame pull up bar I wasn't getting the full range of motion cause I was starting standing up. Starting from the hanging position makes this SO much harder, which obviously means more benefit. Thanks!

Maybe a video on what your cardio looks like? Do you run around a track, use an elliptical, use a treadmill, use a row machine, ride a bike, something else, or all of the above? How much cardio do you do per week?

Pullups have always flared up tendonitis for me and after following the advice in this video i complete my first set of pullups without feeling pain and on top of that it just felt proper. thanks Buff Dudes!

I absolutely love how you describe the mistakes. And thanks man. This helped. I am having a hard time doing pullups. I'm trying very hard. Still I'm not able to do pullups at all. I saw your other video on how to do one. I'm gonna try them at the gym tomorrow.

Fantastic--week 3 of a new workout rotation and added them for the first time ever, I can do 6 now! for a total of 18 in three sets.

Can't believe I almost went and did kipping pullups (freeletics), thanks a million for the video, you might just have saved me from getting injured. Staying with negative reps until I can dish out some proper pullups.
