I agree. Cut all the bullshit and stick to the basics. The principles for muscle hypertrophy is the same today as it was yesterday and the day before that. Stick to basic, compound exercises, eat well and sleep well. Drugs? Well, if that is your choice. But the drugs doesn't change the core principles. It just allows you to put on more muscle and have a shorter recovery period. You don't need a PhD to work out at your local gym.
