One of my favourite core routine variations "The Pyramid" going up in reps 10-20-30-40-50 and then back down! I love this variation because you can make it custom to your current level.

You can choose to have it time or rep based or even a mixture of both. You can also make it easier or harder but choosing to have the reps/time per side or total!
