For those who dont know in 1 year there is 12 months the number 1 apears once. In a month there is 4 weeks 2 of the 4 weeks are odd week 1 and week 3. In a week is 7 days 4 or the days are odd 1, 3, 5, 7. In a day there is 12 hours ( in a 12 hour format) six of the hours are odd 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11.

For those who didn't understand, In a year, there are 12 months. The number 1 appears in this figure once.
In a month, there are four weeks, two of these are odd (week one and week three).
In a week, there are seven days. Four of these are odd (1, 3, 5, 7).
In a day, there are 12 hours (in a 12 hour format). Six of these are odd hours (1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 11th).

For those who don't know, the answer is odd numbers
1 year, 1 is an odd number
1 month has 2 odd weeks.
1 week has 4 odd days
1 day has 6 odd hours in the 12hrs format.

The answer to this riddle is the letter “F”. Out of the 12 months, only “February” has the letter ‘F’, so it appears once when counting in the spelling of all months. There are 4 weeks in a month, “First” and “Fourth” weeks both have the letter ‘F’, totaling 2 ‘F’s while counting which week of the month it is. There are 7 days in a week, “First” (Sunday), “Fourth” (Wednesday), and “Fifth” (Thursday) and the F in Friday contain the letter ‘F’. So totally 4 ‘F’s in a week. There are 24 hours in a day, the hours that contain the letter ‘F’ are “Four”, “Five”, “Fourteen”, “Fifteen”, and “Twenty-Four”. Counting all the ‘F’s in these hours, ‘F’ comes 6 times.
But there are many other explanations as in odd numbers, the letter "n", and the letter "r"
