Wow that looks amazing and intense this compound hiit 3-4 repeater. I have to see if I can hold as heavy as you do.
Even though it’s a challenge to finish strong.

Loved this full body compound workout! It worked the muscles, as well as got my HR up! 👍😁I liked repeating each exercise 3-4 times to get that progressive overload. IAfter this, I added on your 10-minute Valentine HIIT from yesterday, so I got my full 45-minute workout in! 🔥
