You are living on 21 centuries Era bro there is no difference between unity and unreal, if you think unity is no powerful then switch to HDRP than it will show you his power.

Unreal used to much post processing where unity not, you can achieve the same graphics by switching 3D to HDRP

Unreal is more powerful. end of discussion. As someone who's used both engines for quite a while, Unity for 2 years and Unreal for over 6 years, I gotta say Unreal takes the W. Unity's HDRP is NOT close to Unreal in anyway. Unreal's got them fine nanites and Lumen... Nanites alone blow unity out of the equation... I got a laptop with Ryzen 9 5900HX and RTX 3060 6gb, Ive stress tested Unreal's nanites with 3 trillion polygons in my a scene, and guess what, fps dropped by ONE at 3 trillion point. Just to give any offended Unity users a perspective, 3 trillion is 3000 billion and has 12 zeroes. Unreal FTW!

Lol i see so many burnt unity folk in the comments- Its alright kids, unity will catch up to the sheer power unreal has in about 3-5 years. I fucking wasted 2 years with unity just cuz everyone said it was easier. Unreal is easier than unity for me, and unreal is more powerful. I saw a comment that said you need RTX gpu to run nanites, and also mentioned "whats the point". 1) Nanites work just fine on a GTX gpu. I have a 1060 in my work PC and nanites work just fine. Lumen has its issues but epic is addressing them in 5.3. I have an RTX 3060 6gb in my laptop and its runs unreal like a hot knife through butter. 2) the point of having nanites is that it gives a different level of creative freedom to artists and level designers. we no longer have to worry about polygons because nanites will take care of them. 3) Unreal is for EVERYONE, not just teams. Indies use unreal too. And unreal gives the power of triple A quality to small teams, in some cases, individuals too. 4) Unreal doesnt overcomplicate things, but rather streamlines it more. Its learing curve is a bit hard but once you lean it, its the easiest tool you could have. 5) Yes there will be changes to its systems and functions. learn to adapt.
