The way I do it is 1. Put cold sink water in chamber 2. Put the coffee powder in the little cup on top of the chamber 3. Tamper the powder 4. Let the coffee brew with the lid closed until I hear the gurgling sound 5. Pour into cup. Please let me know what I should fix

That blade grinder has killed my soul, together with that grind size. That looks like a french press size.

No, no, no. Here's how to get perfect coffee every time:

1) Grind the coffee to medium-fine. Bialetti says medium-fine is the correct grind for the moka pot.

2) Do not fill it with boiling water! Bialetti says to use cold water, but you can use room temperature water.

3) Fill with medium-fine coffee, but don't press it down.

4) Set the moka pot on LOW heat and leave the lid CLOSED!

5) The coffee will quietly seep into the upper chamber with the lid closed.

6) As soon as you hear a gurgling noise, turn off the gas heat or remove the pot from your electric stove. But do NOT cool off the pot with water!

7) Let the pot rest for a minute to finish filling.

8) Open the lid and stir the coffee.

9) Immediately pour into your cup or your glass of hot milk.

Hi what was the purpose of putting " boiling water in the bottom if you were putting it on the stove anyway?

this is a different technique that is not used in Italy because we like a more intense and less acidic aroma, even if the Moka is Italian (not Cuban, not Brazilian, not Dominican, not UK) it can be used in a different, more suitable way to the taste of other cultures. So less roasting, shorter duration on the heat, coarser grinding, sometimes additional paper filters create a coffee that I don't like and which resembles what in Italy we generically call "American". So this is not the Italian method, neither worse nor better, it is not typical but it is different. The way we Italians drink coffee is too intense for many foreigners but they usually get used to it if they stay with us long enough.

Filling tank with boiled water doesn't work by me, it burns the coffee and make it bitter as hell ! I use filtered water at room temperature and very low setting on the burner. I turn off just before it bubbles and don't put it under cold water, my coffee is perfect this way 👌

Preheating the water is inconvenient. Since the water is already hot, the time the coffee has to extract from the grounds will be reduced. This can slightly affect the flavor and strength of the coffee, potentially making it less aromatic or more bitter if the extraction is too quick. Based on the video’s result, an Italian would say "è acqua acqua" or "è acqua sporca" (meaning it’s just water or it's dirty water).
Cooling the lower part of the moka pot is entirely unnecessary unless you plan to unscrew it immediately.

You DONT want water gushing through the mocha pot like that. Very poor technique!

I used hot boiled water and all the coffee stayed at the bottom I get better results using cold water

if u could see that light colored water coming out at the end you're adding too much water. use less water and it would be perfect just like an espresso

What’s wrong with putting the moka on the stove letting the water heat that way?

When you think this "how to" couldn't get any worse, he proceeds to eat his coffee.
