I'm not a tea or coffee lover but I drink it on my way to work none the less to wake up. My brother in-law brought back some coffee beans from Greece and gave me some to try out. So I did but used my pod coffee maker and it was actually really enjoyable. My brother in-law only makes his coffee with one of these and a different bigger version. He says is far superior to everything and bought one for me. He's very serious about his love for coffee lol. So i opened it and there were no instructions...so that's the long detailed version of why I'm here. 😴 🤣. Thx for the 55 seconds lol

I own a Bialetti moka pot for some time now and I can honestly say that it makes one of the best if not THE best espresso I ever tasted!! This moka pot just works miracles!! I even sold my espresso machine and kept just my Bialetti! This one and the Tuttocrema are a match made in coffee heaven😁. Grazie, Bialetti, sei perfetto🥳!

Although I use Chemex coffee maker, moka pot is my favourite way of making coffee at a random airbnb. Usually there are moka pots sround like everywhere for some reason

You can see how passionately you prepare the coffee with the Moka coffee machine. Very well done! It captures every pore of your passion for making coffee. Keep up the good work!

Our espresso machine died last week and I was using our french press and I just decided to be brave enough to try our moka... lets see how this turns out (I think I'm making enough for 3 people but idk if you can fill it half way, ours is huge)

I always seem to have to put mine on med heat/ then once I hear it steaming up and rumbling in the bottom chamber, I move my heat to low/almost off. THen I get a good flow. If I just leave it on medium, my water seems to boil in the bottom and then sputter/spit out in the beginning with burnt tasting coffee.

So do you just start pouring when you hear it gurgle or do you let the upper chamber fill up?

Just got a new one from Amazon. It had a white glob of grease on the lower screw and lower chamber threads. What actually is it? Is it safe?

When using the coffee maker for first time do you make coffee 3 times with coffee and discard or with water and disgara as instructions are confusing.

Just inherited my late father's Bialetti after a trip to Florence reminded me to retrieve it from his attic.

Does anyone know why you're not meant to press it down? I've been doing so and not had an issue with the final product

Ciao. Lately mine is only delivering tea-like water. What could be the reason?

Are you supposed to take it off the heat as soon as it gurgles? Or leave it on until it has finished extraction?

How many minutes does it take to get the coffee to pour out

This is a good video, but I think beginners need more details. The best in-depth tutorials I've found on YouTube are "Annalisa J Moka pot" and "Il Barista Italiano Moka." They teach the traditional Italian technique per Bialetti instructions.

Other Bialetti instructions say to use a low gas flame or medium electric stove, so I'm surprised you say medium gas flame in this video.

Bialetti replied to my email that "the official correct grind for the Moka pot is medium-fine." We love Bialetti Perfetto Moka Espresso!
