How current is produced? also explained in this video. When current is transmitted through a wire or cable magnetic field flow perpendicular to current. On transmission of current with high voltage high magnetic field is produced. When we go nearer to that field electrons are induced in outer side of the body. That will be neutralized through ground.
It will be safer when this is produced once or twice. When it produced continuously it will cause some minor and major effect also.
Minor effects : Head ache, Skin problems, etc.
Major problem : Cancer, Able to change DNA structure, etc.
To prevent from this house must be 1/2 kilometer from the transmission lines.

Transformer was to not be placed nearer to house. When transformer on worst condition, any voltage fluctuation occurs transformer gets fired. It will cause a house to fire ,It will be very danger.
So, to prevent from this transformer is not to nearer to house.
