Good explanation we live near a 132kv power line, readings are always below 3mG in the property at highest and at different times of day lower than that i feel like it's nothing to worry about compared to other issues

Are these calcs based on a single wire? Most transmission pylons in Europe carry six or more lines, does that mean the percentage is 8% times six?

From what I've been told, hv transmission lines in north Dakota are run as low as 15 feet.
I think about that when I recall the time, during a svc call, I noticed the hv 3phase lines naturally drooped mid span and the house on the cliff edge proximity was roughly 15 feet. Hmmm, I thought.
Being abnormally close also, and curious, I checked vac from the body of the svc vehicle to ground, and it read a whopping 97 vac! Sure, milliamps, but potential is what it is, and it is SOMETHING.
The main reason I grew concerned was precisely because these people had an infant child, whose room, and the parents were in the upper floors, and one hellofalot closer than my 97vac car.
I did bring it to the mother's attention, as u alarmingly as I could. I brought up the old tale of people running A. M. radios by laying an old box spring mattress under the power lines for an inductive power source. I also brought up how easy it would be to make a faraday enclosure for the child, at least. She seemed genuinely concerned, but it has been my experience that 99% of people will do nothing, and forget the entire conversation 60 seconds after you leave.

Quick point, your analysis does not include the phase or anything else from naturally occurring EMF to transmission line EMF to create an apples to apples comparison. You've unintentionally/intentionally misled your audience by showing an apples to apples comparison where one apple grew on a tree and the other is plastic then saying they're both apples.
