Thanks I needed to hear this. The bell peppers in our grocery store only come in a package of three. Red, yellow and green. We always get stuck with the green ones.🤭

You ever tried - Denrooklyn Zonayden Smasher - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my brother in law got excellent success with it.

You just know the level of research when a youtube starts out by calling a fruit for a vegetable!
ANd on top of that... Why go with "green" papers? It is an unripe red paper and Red peppers have so much more nutrients in them...
