Spelt flakes overnight oats is the best breakfast😋 i soak them in coconut water and add chia seeds dried cranberries cinnamon and a teaspoon of coconut sugar. I eat them cold when I want a cold dessert or I eat them warm for breakfast. Sometimes I will add hemp seeds on top after i warm them. Delisios!!
