I remember using an eye spray on the eyelid whilst closed. Did the total opposite, dried the eye even more. Meant to make eyes feel refreshed.

I’ve used Gen-teal gel for severe dry eyes for over 25 years. Always had that grittiness in my eyes. Switched to Refresh gel and really didn’t notice any difference. Saw your video and bought Refresh Optive in vials. My local Walmart did not have the advance formula. But am so happy with this product. No more grittiness any more. And it keeps my eyes hydrated all day. Thank you.

My eyes are severely dry and I've tried numerous drops, gels, and ointments over the past several years. The absolute best eye drops have been Refresh Optive Mega 3, which are as soothing as Restasis!
I started with Retaine MGD, and they were pretty good, but not as good as the Optive Mega 3. For bedtime, the best has been Lacrilube.
