Uhmmm, there's nothin like a perfectly crispy cooked cut of bacon. I don't eat alot of it, but I do enjoy a good blt every now and then (and occasionally some pepperoni pizza not to mention). There's just something about the lettuce and tomatoe that really brings the good out of it. And I've recently found that baking it in the oven makes it especially delicious😋

As an Italian American who cooks a lot of traditional Italian dishes, pork seems to be the meat of choice in many registered recipes, not a lot of chicken or beef, fish and pork is very popular over there, so many things you can do with pork.

Pork is supper good, but yea don’t eat it every day, its TOO calorie dense, which is good but still, limits everyone, i love pork/beef burger patties, they taste better than just 100 beef

When i can get some venison roasts, I like to cook them in the crockpot with beef broth and a few strips of bacon on top. It makes them moist and delicious
