Exercise doesn’t have to be complicated. Treat it like the world’s greatest supplement. Workout your full body, workout various ranges of motion, and workout consistently. But most importantly - feel good doing so. Working out shouldn’t be a chore, but a privilege.

Guys invest in a good bed, I have severe shoulder bursitis and severe costochondritis. I do all these mobility exercises, I’m strong as an ox, I have great flexibility but that means nothing if your rest is bad.

Why have the butt stuck to the wall? Is it to eliminate any hinging at the hip and make it all about back flexion?
