Also, before anything I would like to say that I don't think AM is THAT evil. Sure he is evil, and what he did was horrible, the thing is that all of his actions were made because of his hatred towards humanity. And in my opinion, hate ≠ evilness, sure hate can make a character more evil, but compared to Judge Holden who litteraly r-words children? Nah, I don't think AM went that far. But if you disagree with me, let me know in the comment section!

My dumbass also forgot to add Reverse Flash, sorry for that, btw he would probably be between Joker and Dio or a bit higher. I also wanted to add one, two and three from Hate Crime but I had to exclude them since there wasn't place enough. But they would probably be between The Scarlet King and the fascists from Salo.
